AetherSpool

AetherSpool is a regenerative stereo tape-loop delay and modeled spring reverb for macOS.

Turn short echoes into drifting two-minute loops, move the virtual record and playback heads, manipulate animated reels, hold captured audio, and feed it all into a modeled spring tank.

There are a few fun performance tricks to explore: pull on the tape, move the reels by hand, or let the Reel LFO move them for you. It sounds great—and can produce wonderfully unexpected results.

INSTALLATION

Download and run the signed AetherSpool installer. Restart or rescan your audio host if the plug-in does not appear immediately.
